Conditions of BS-Client maintenance


Standard

  • Upgrades of the official BS-Client version consisting of the purchased subsystems, following changes to the local legislation, CBRF's instructions, and regulation documents;
  • Target upgrade of the official BS-Client version consisting of the purchased subsystems;
  • Upgrades of modules integrating the official BS-Client version with Automated Banking Systems (ABSs), listed on our web site, should any changes be made to the corresponding modules of data interchange with external systems on the part of ABS vendors;
  • Receive questions concerning BS-Client operation and promptly resolve them by telephone, e-mail, or fax on workdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Hot-Line).

  • Upgrades of the official BS-Client version consisting of the purchased subsystems, in accordance with the local legislation, CBRF's instructions, and regulation documents;
  • Target upgrade of the official BS-Client version consisting of the purchased subsystems;
  • Upgrades of modules integrating the official BS-Client version with Automated Banking Systems (ABSs), listed on our web site, should any changes be made to the corresponding modules of data interchange with external systems on the part of ABS vendors;
  • Receive questions concerning BS-Client operation and promptly resolve them by telephone, e-mail, or fax on workdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Hot-Line);
  • Supply one hard copy of operator's manual in Russian per each purchased Bank-Client's and Internet-Client's Client Part;
  • Supply new official BS-Client versions consisting of the purchased subsystems;
  • Discounts for individual extensions, guaranteed examination of suggestions for operation of our products;
  • Free delivery of installation packs, updates/upgrades, and other correspondence by courier within Moscow and by post or special post within RF;
  • Carry out at our premises any number of training lessons concerning BS-Client operation, except for tools of adaptation and modification (developer's tools);
  • Specialists will arrive to the Bank or its customers in Moscow and St. Petersburg within 24 hours, and to other RF cities - within 48 hours;
  • Two free visits per quarter to solve problems concerning BS-Client operation;
